摘要 试验旨在研究两种喷淋方式对扬州鹅体表温度、羽毛亮度和血清内分泌激素浓度的影响。选用24只70日龄扬州鹅公鹅,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组8只。A组自上而下喷淋,B组自下而上喷淋,C组为对照组(不喷淋)。每天喷3次,每次先喷5 min间歇10 min后再喷5 min,测定84日龄扬州鹅的体重、体表温度、羽毛亮度及血清内分泌激素浓度。结果:①三个处理组84日龄体重无显著差异(P>0.05)。②A、B组鹅的体表温度在喷淋后分别下降8.02%、4.17%,喷淋结束后5 min时,体表温度分别维持在30.4℃和31.57℃左右;C组体表温度一直维持在32.45℃左右。③A、B组鹅的头部、背部、左翅、腹部和尾部羽毛亮度均显著高于C组各部位的羽毛亮度(P<0.05)。④A组血清中促肾上腺皮质素浓度分别比B、C两组降低9.53%、11.42%(P<0.05);A组血清中皮质醇浓度分别比B、C两组降低11.01%(P<0.05)、3.77%(P>0.05);A组血清中三碘甲腺原氨酸浓度均比B、C两组升高13.33%(P<0.05);A、B、C三组血清中甲状腺素浓度无显著差异(P>0.05)。结果表明:夏季高温环境下,网上平养结合喷淋的饲养模式能够降低扬州鹅体表温度,提高羽毛亮度,改善血清中内分泌激素的浓度,且自上而下的喷淋方式效果更佳。 This study was conducted to investigate the effects of two spraying methods on body surface temperature, feather brightness and endocrine hormone content of Yangzhou goose. Twenty-four 70-day-age Yangzhou geese were randomly divided into three groups (A,B and C)with 8 geese per group. Group A was spraying from top to bottom. Group B was spraying from bottom to top. And it was no spraying in group C. Spraying method was three times per day,each time sprayed 5 minutes at first with 10 minutes intermission later, then resprayed 5 minutes. The body weight, body surface temperature, feather brightness and endocrine hormone content of Yangzhou geese at 84 days of age were determined. The results showed that there were no significant differences in body weight among all groups (P〉0.05). The body surface temperature of group A decreased by 8.02% after spraying,and the temperature was maintained at 30.4 after 5 minutes. The body surface temperature of group B decreased by 4.17% after spraying,and the temperature was maintained at 31.57 ℃ after 5 minutes. The body surface temperature of group C was maintained at 32.45℃. Feather brightness of head,back,left wing, abdomen, tail of group A and B were significantly higher than those of group C (P〈0.05). Adrenocorticotropic homone content in serum of group A were 9.53%, 11.42% lower than that of group B and C respectively (P〈0.05). Cortisol content in serum of group A was 11.01% (P〈0.05),3.77% (P〉0.05)lower than that of group B and C respectively. Triiodothyronine content in serum was 13.33% higher than that of group B and C identically (P〉0.05) ,but thyroxine content was not changed (P〉0.05). These results indicated that spraying could decrease body surface temperature,increase feather brightness and improve endocrine hormone content of Yangzhou geese under the condition of high temperature in summer,and the top-down spraying was better.
