摘要
以大学生创客实验室及传统学科竞赛为基础,探索教学竞创人才培养体系建立。对我国创客教育面临的机遇和应用型人才培养现状进行剖析,系统介绍教学竞创人才培养内涵,进一步分析为建立该体系应采取的改进措施,建立一套科学、实用性强、易于推广、满足时代要求的人才培养体系,为地方性应用型大学进行应用、创新、创业人才培养提供理论参考。
Explores the talents cultivation system of Teaching-Learning-Competition-Innovation, which is based on college students ' hacker-spaces and traditional academic competitions. Analyzes the opportunity of maker education and the status of applied talents training in our coun-try, introduces the talents cultivation connotation of Teaching-Learning-Competition-Innovation systematically, and analyzes the improved measures to establish the system, establishes a set of scientific, practical, easy to promote, meeting the requirements of the times of talents cultivation system, provides theoretical reference for local application-oriented university in the application, innovation, and en-trepreneurial talents cultivation.
