基于大众休闲的城市历史文化街区建设研究——以西安书院门为例

Research of Construction of Historical and Cultural Blocks in City Based on Public Leisure. Evidence from Xi＇an College Gate

历史文化街区集文物古迹、历史建筑于一体，真实地还原了城市发展的风貌和格局，在现代城市中往往承担着重要的旅游功能。它除了为人们提供游憩、娱乐等活动所必需的空间场所外，同时还是城市公共休闲空间的重要构成部分。从城市大众休闲空间的视域优化历史文化街区的功能、旅游要素与空间结构，不仅有利于历史文化街区的可持续发展，还能更好地提升城市休闲空间质量。以西安书院门街区为例，通过探讨城市休闲空间与历史文化街区的内在联系和功能机制，从休闲场所的管理与投资、空间结构的优化、休闲文化资源要素的整合以及特色化休闲产品的打造四个方面，提出城市大众休闲空间视域下的历史文化街区建设路径。

Historical and cultural blocks set of cultural relics, historical buildings in one, the style and pattern of urban development have been reduced, and it is often assumed the important tourism function in modern cities. It is an important part of urban public leisure space in addition to providing the necessary space for recreation, entertainment and other activities. Optimizing the function, tourism elements and spatial structure of historical and cultural blocks from the perspective of urban public leisure space, it is not only conducive to the sustainable development of historical and cultural blocks, but also beneficial to improve the quality of urban leisure space better. Taking Xi＇an college gate block as an example, by exploring the internal relations and functional mechanism between urban leisure space and historical culture block, from the four aspects of the management and investment of the leisure space, the optimization of the spatial structure, the integration of the cultural resources of leisure and the characteristics of leisure products to create, then it puts forward the construction path of historical and cultural blocks in the view of urban public leisure space.
