高职院校专兼结合教学团队评价指标体系构建及实证研究——以酒店管理专业为例 被引量:1

摘要 随着我国高职教育改革的不断深入,影响高职院校教学质量的关键因素之一是教学团队,尤其一支专兼结合的教学团队对教学质量的影响是至关重要的。目前高职院校专兼结合教学团队建设不够理想,每一所高职院校都希望建立一支过硬的专兼结合的教学团队。课题组以高职院校专兼结合教学团队作为研究对象,探讨了高职院校专兼结合教学团队的评价指标体系,并以酒店管理专业为例进行了实证研究,从专兼职教师、互动平台及教师队伍管理制度三方面阐述专兼结合教学团队的建设途径,为提高高职院校专兼结合教学团队质量建言献策。 With the deepening of reform in Chinese vocational college education, faculty team is one of the key factors that influence teaching quality, Faculty team with full-time and part-time combination teachers plays decisive role. At present, building faculty team with full-time and part-time Combination teachers in vocational college isn't satisfactory, every college want to build a strong fuU-time and part-time combination faculty team. With the study object of full-time and part-time combination faculty team, study team probe into evaluation index system of full-time and part-time combination faculty team, carried out demonstration study with the Case of hotel management major, expatiate on the method of building full-time and part-time combination faculty team from full-time and part-time teacher, interacting platform and faculty management system three aspects, which serves as very good advice.
