清肺口服液治疗小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证507例临床研究

Clinical Study on Qingfei Oral Liquid Treating 507 Cases of Phlegm-heat Obstructing Lung Syndrome in Children Virus Pneumonia

目的:观察清肺口服液治疗小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证的有效性、安全性。方法:以利巴韦林注射液为对照,采用清肺口服液治疗小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证,进行了两期6中心的507例随机对照临床试验。结果:两期临床研究的结果均表明:清肺口服液临床疗效显著优于利巴韦林注射液(P<0.05):清肺口服液和利巴韦林注射液均未见明显的临床不良反应。结论:清肺口服液是治疗小儿病毒性肺炎痰热闭肺证有效而安全的药物。

Objective： To study the effectiveness and safety of Qingfei Oral Liquid for phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome in children virus pneumonia. Methods： A total of 507 cases of phlegm-heat obstructing lung syndrome in children virus pneumonia were studied in two-stage and six-center randomized controlled clinical trials. Qingfei oral liquid was used in treat group,while ribavirin injection was used in control group. Results： Two-stage clinical trials showed that the effect of Qingfei Oral Liquid was significantly better than that of ribavirin injection（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Qingfei Oral Liquid is effective and safe in treating phlegmheat obstructing lung syndrome in children virus pneumonia.
