养心氏治疗冠心病心绞痛伴焦虑症的疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of YangXinShi Tablets on Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease Angina Pectoris together with Anxiety Neurosis

目的:评价养心氏片治疗冠心病心绞痛伴焦虑症的临床疗效。方法:将诊断为冠心病心绞痛伴焦虑症的86例患者随机分为对照组(常规西药治疗)和观察组(常规西药治疗+养心氏片),每组43例,1个疗程为12周。观察比较2组的心绞痛症状、LVEF、hs-CRP、NT-pro BNP、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和不良反应。结果:治疗后,1)观察组心绞痛症状改善的总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的83.72%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2)观察组LVEF为(55±7.4)%,高于对照组的(51±5.4)%(P<0.05);3)观察组hs-CRP为(1.07±0.21)mg/L,低于对照组的(1.32±0.23)mg/L(P<0.05);4)观察组NT-pro BNP为(573±122)ng/L,低于对照组的(807±138)ng/L(P<0.05);5)观察组HAMD平均得分为(7.5±1.6),低于对照组的(13.8±2.9)(P<0.05);6)观察组不良反应发生率为2.32%,低于对照组的18.60%(P<0.05)。结论:养心氏片联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛伴焦虑症比常规西药治疗效果更佳。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of Yang Xin Shi tablets on coronary heart disease angina pectoris together with anxiety neurosis. Methods： A total of 86 patients who were diagnosed as coronary heart disease angina pectoris together with anxiety neurosis in the hospital were randomly divided into Yang Xin Shi group（conventional western medicine and Yang Xin Shi tablets treatment） and control group（conventional western medicine treatment）,43 cases in each group treated for 12 weeks. After treatment,the clinical symptoms of angina pectoris,LVEF,hs-CRP,NT-pro BNP,HAMAand adverse reactions of all patients were detected.Results： After treatment,1） the total effective rate of improving angina pectoris in Yang Xin Shi group（95. 35%） was higher than that of the control group（83. 72%） and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0. 05）; 2） the LVEF in Yang Xin Shi group（55 ± 7. 4） % was higher than that of the control group（51 ± 5. 4） %,P 〈0. 05; 3） the hs-CRP in Yang Xin Shi group（1. 07 ±0. 21） mg/L was lower than that of the control group（1. 32 ± 0. 23） mg/L,P 〈0. 05; 4） the NT-pro BNP in Yang Xin Shi group（573 ± 122） ng/L was lower than that of the control group（807 ± 138） ng/L,P 〈0. 05; 5） the HAMA average score in Yang XinShi group（7. 5 ± 1. 6） was lower compared with that of the control group（13. 8 ± 2. 9）,P 〈0. 05; 6） the incidence of adverse reactions in Yang Xin Shi group（2. 32%） was lower than that of the control group（18. 60%）,P 〈0. 05. Conclusion： Yang Xin Shi tablets together with western medicine on coronary heart disease angina pectoris complicated with anxiety neurosis was better than the conventional western medicine treatment.
