基于秩和比法对北京市社区中医药服务能力分析

Comprehensive Evaluation of Chinese Medicine Service Capability of Community Health Service Centers in Beijing by Rank Sum Ration

目的:评价北京市社区中医药服务能力。方法:采用秩和比法对北京市46家社区卫生服务中心中医药服务能力进行评分,并排序分档。结果:14家示范区中心中医药服务能力处于中档与中上档,21家非示范区社区卫生服务中心能力处于中档与中下档,各组差异有统计学意义。结论:整体来看,社区中医药服务能力处于中等水平,示范区中医药服务能力优于非示范区。

Objective： To evaluate the Chinese medicine＇s service capability in community health service centers in Beijing. Methods： The service capacity of community health service centers in Beijing were scored and ranked by Rank Sum Ration method. Results： Chinese medicine service capability of 14 demonstrating community health service centers were between middle level and high level,and Chinese medicine capability of 21 non-demonstrating community health service centers were between middle level and low level with significant statistic results. Conclusion： Community health service centers generally reached middle level. The the service capacity of community service centers in demonstrating districts are better than those in non-demonstrating districts.
