六经便秘证治辨析

Diagnosis and Treatment of Constipation in Six Meridians

便秘是临床较为常见的疾病,在《伤寒论》中涉及便秘治疗有70余条,尽显医圣张仲景治秘的高超技法。太阳、阳明、少阳、太阴、少阴、厥阴六经病变皆可致秘,然病因病机不同,治疗亦有不同,作者就《伤寒论》中有关便秘的证治按六经进行分类浅析,通过分辨明析六经便秘证候,对合理使用经方,提高临床施治便秘有一定的借鉴和指导意义。

Constipation is a common clinical disease which is specifically discussed in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases in over seventy pieces , which reveals Zhang Zhongjing′s eminent techniques in treating constipation .Constipation can be treated ac-cording to various meridians such as Taiyang Meridian , Yangming Meridian , Shaoyang Meridian , Taiyin Meridian , Shaoyin Merid-ian and Jueyin Meridian .Different treatments shall be applied due to different etiology and pathogenesis .This article is to analyze treatment for constipation from the perspective of six meridians in Treatise on Exogenous Febrile Diseases .By identifying and ana-lyzing syndromes and symptoms of constipation , it may provide guidance and references for making the full use of classical pre-scription to improve clinical the treatment of constipation .
