摘要
2型糖尿病是一种常见多发性内分泌代谢性疾病,针刺疗法作为一种安全、方便、无不良反应不的治疗手段,已被用于治疗2型糖尿病多年,针刺治疗2型糖尿病有效的临床报道屡见不鲜,本文总结10余年针灸治疗2型糖尿病的临床文献,概述中医对于2型糖尿病的认识,细化2型糖尿病的辨证分型,同时对针灸辨病,辨证治疗2型糖尿病的研究状况作相应总结,希望能为针灸治疗2型糖尿病的研究做一定补充。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） is a common muhiple endocrine and metabolic disease. As a method which is safe, convenient and adverse reaction free, acupuncture that has been applied to T2DM treatment for many years. The amount of relevant positive clinical reports is large. This research summarizes the clinical reports in 10 years, concludes the views of TCM on T2DM and refines the differentiation of symptoms for classification of T2DM. At the same time, the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion based on disease or syndrome differentiation is also generalized in order to provide certain reference for T2DM researches.
