晁恩祥教授学术思想及临床应用初探

Study on Professor En-Xiang Chao's Academic Thoughts and clinical applications

国医大师晁恩祥教授创新并丰富了"风邪"学说及"通法"理念,将非典、甲流等传染病以温病理论辨治,在老年病中倡导"调补兼施",创立并发展了中医肺病和急诊学科,延伸发展了现代温病学的科学内涵,为疑难杂病和老年病的诊疗开拓了新途径。文章试从晁恩祥教授诊治肺系病、急症和老年病的临床经验中,初步总结其学术思想。

Professor En-xiang Chao,the National Medical Masters established and enriched the theory of “wind evil”and the ther-apeutic principle “treating with purgative”.He treats SARS,H1N1 and other infectious diseases according to the theory of warm disease.Pro.Chao advocated the principle “regulating while reinforcing deficiency”in geriatric diseases,established and enriched the lung disease and emergency diseases of TCM,developed the scientific essence of modern warm disease,provided a new way of Diagnosing and treating miscellaneous diseases and geriatric diseases.This article tries to do a summary of Pro.Chao＇s academic thoughts about his clinical experience of treating lung diseases,emergency diseases and geriatric diseases.
