针灸联合中药汤剂治疗盆底松弛综合征患者疗效观察及对患者生活质量的影响

Observation on Clinical Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Chinese Medicine Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with of Pelvic Floor Relaxation Syndrome and Its Influnce on Quality of Life

目的:探讨针灸联合中药汤剂治疗盆底松弛综合征患者疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法:选自我院于2014年12月至2015年12月期间收治的盆底松弛综合征患者107例,依据随机数字表法随机分为治疗组54例与对照组53例。对照组给予中药汤剂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上结合针灸治疗。2组疗程均为4周。比较2组患者治疗疗效,治疗前后主要症状积分和生活质量改善情况,及不良反应情况。结果:治疗组总有效率(94.44%)高于对照组(77.36%)(P<0.05);2组便质、便意感、肛门坠胀感、腹胀积分治疗后明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组便质、便意感、肛门坠胀感、腹胀积分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);2组便PAC-QOL评分治疗后明显下降(P<0.05);治疗组PAC-QOL评分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);2组均未见严重不良反应,且2组患者均未见心电图、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能异常。结论:针灸联合中药汤剂治疗盆底松弛综合征患者疗效显著,可明显改善患者生活质量,值得研究。

Objective：To explore clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine decoction treatment in treating patients with pelvic floor relaxation syndrome and its influnce on patients＇quality of life of.Methods：A total number of 107 patients with pelvic floor relaxation syndrome who were treated in the hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 during relaxation of the pelvic floor syndrome were selected and randomly divided into the observation group with 54 cases and the control group with 53 cases.Patients in the control group received decoction treatment,while patients in the observation group additionally received acupuncture treatment.The treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Efficacy,main symptom scores,quality of life before and after treatment and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared.Results：The total efficiency of the observation group （94.44%）was higher than that of the control group （77.36%）（P 〈0.05）.Stool condition,defecation sensation,anal bulging,abdominal distention score of the two groups decreased after the treatment （P 〈0.05）but those of the observation group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.05）.PAC-QOL score of the two groups significantly decreased after treatment （P 〈0.05）and that of the obser-vation group PAC-QOL score decreased more obviously（P 〈0.05）.No serious adverse reactions occured in the two groups and no abnornal results electrocardiogram,blood,urine,liver and kidney functional tests in the two groups.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with Chinese medicine decoction in treating pelvic floor relaxation syndrome may have significant effect and significantly improve the quality of life of patients,which is worth studying.
