摘要
目的了解重症监护病房(ICU)患者感染主要病原菌株及其药敏情況,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供依据。方法对2013年1月—2015年10月ICU送检的5 263份患者标本进行培养和菌株分析。使用法国生物梅里埃VITEK 2-Compact全自动、ATB-Expression半自动细菌鉴定及药敏分析仪进行鉴定及药敏试验。结果共培养出1 307株菌株。其中革兰阴性菌1061株(81.2%),革兰阳性菌191株(14.6%),真菌55株(4.2%);其中以肠杆菌科細菌和葡萄球菌为主。结论ICU患者感染以革兰阴性菌为主,可早期针对性用药。
Objective To investigate the profile of pathogenic microorganisms and their susceptibility pattern in intensive care unit.Methods The microbiological data of 1 307 positive cultures in ICU of our hospital during the period from January 2013 to October 2015 were analyzed.The pathogens were identified and subjected to susceptibility testing with VITEK 2-Compact or ATBExpression.Results Of the 5 263 samples,1 307 bacterial strains were isolated,including 1 061 strains of gram-negative bacteria(81.2%),191 strains of gram-positive bacteria(14.6%),and 55 strains of fungus(4.2%).Conclusions Gram-negative bacteria,especially Enterobacteriaceae,are the main pathogens of infection in ICU.We can use antimicrobial agents empirically to target such pathogens.
