摘要
钩藤是我国一种常见的传统中药材,对心血管与中枢神经系统等均具有比较广泛的药理活性,临床上可用于治疗高血压、心律失常、焦虑、癫痫、等疾病。现代中药研究表明,钩藤的主要有效成分钩藤碱对心血管系统的药理作用主要表现为降低血压、扩张血管、抗心律失常、抗动脉粥样硬化等。为了更好利用钩藤碱,本文综述了钩藤碱在心血管系统方面的药理作用,为推动钩藤碱的深入研究提供参考。
Uncaria in China is a common traditional Chinese Herbs,the central nervous system of the cardiovascular system has a wide range of pharmacological activities,It can be used to treat high blood pressure,anxious,epilepsy,arrthythmia,and other diseases.Modern Chinese medicine research shows that,the pharmacological effects of rhynchophylla on cardiovascular system are mainly manifested as lowering blood pressure,dilated blood vessels,anti- arrhythmia,anti-atherosclerosis.In order to make better use of rhynchophylline,this paper reviews the pharmacological effects of rhynchophylline on cardiovascular system,to provide reference for the further research on the promotion of rhynchophylline.
