摘要
保健食品是一种改善人体健康的重要辅助手段,随着科技的发展,普通老百姓也都可以方便的享用。保健食品不同于普通食品,用对有益,用错可能是害,本文从化学角度,从量、个体性、作用规律、分子结构及化学添加剂五方面浅谈保健食品的安全观。
With the development of technology,common people can obtain health-care food conveniently.Health-care foods are not a type of common daily food.They will improve body health with correct usage,whereas they will bring damage with incorrect usage.Based on chemistry,the safety of health-care food is discussed from usage amount,individual difference,action rule,molecular structure,and chemical additive.
