On Personalized Knowledge Service of Digital Library

数字图书馆本质上是一种面向用户的网络化数字资源体系,其所提供的服务应是个性化的知识服务。然而,目前我国数字图书馆要实现这一目标还面临诸如信息资源建设、用户信息保护、数字图书合理使用权限以及用户信息和需求研究等不少问题。为此,必须加强人才队伍建设,改革图书馆管理体制,并完善现有图书馆作品的合理使用制度。

Digital library is essentially a kind of digital resources network system that faces to customers.The services it provides should be personalized knowledge service.However,the digital library in our country currently still faces many problems such as the construction of information resources,the protection of customers＇ information,the rational use rights of digital library and the research on customer＇s information and need etc. Consequently,we have to strengthen the construction of talents troop,set up the principle of knowledge service,reform the institutions of library management,innovate technique of library＇s knowledge management,and perfect the institutions of rational use rights at the same time.
