1例下肢股动静脉人造血管内瘘的使用与维护

The Use and Maintenance of 1 Cases of Femoral Arteriovenous Artificial Vascular Fistula

目的 :探讨下肢人造血管内瘘在维持性血液透析患者中的应用及维护情况。方法 :观察l例维持性血液透析患者下肢股动静脉人造血管内瘘的应用情况及维护特点,包括首次使用时机,穿刺方法,拔针止血,并发症的护理及健康指导等。结果:该患者使用下肢人造血管内瘘进行血液透析治疗5个月,人造血管内瘘情况良好。结论:掌握人造血管内瘘的使用和护理方法,可有效保护人造血管内瘘,延长其使用寿命,确保良好的透析效果。

Objective：To investigate the application and maintenance of artificial vascular fistula of lower limb in maintenance hemodialysis patients.Methods：observe 1 patients on maintenance hemodialysis patients with lower limb femoral artery and vein artificial blood vessel internal fistula of application and maintenance features, included the first use of the time, puncture method, pull out the needle hemostasis,complication nursing and health guidance.Results：the patients were treated with artificial vascular fistula for 5 months.Conclusion：Mastering the use and nursing methods of artificial vascular fistula can effectively protect the artificial vascular fistula and prolong its service life.
