国家"制造强国"战略实施需要大量的技能型人才,传统定义的大学生培养模式需要进行改进以满足新形势下对技术人才的迫切需求。本文首先对国际和国内形势进行分析,阐述技能型人才需求数量,并引出技能型人才的定义阐释;以技能型人才培养为目标,解析了教赛培养所需要的硬件和软件条件,进而阐述其具体实施方案。

To achieve the manufacturing power strategy,many talented person are needed.The traditional college student culturing mode needs to modify to satisfy the urgent need of the talented person.Firstly,analysis of the home and abroad situation was carried out,the explanation of the quantity was given thereafter,and definition of the new type talented person was done.With the object of the new type talented person cultivation,further explanation of the needed hardware and software condition was carried out,as well as the concrete implement schedule.
