摘要
本文首先分析了在准军事化管理制度下飞行技术专业辅导员的工作特点,指出个体因素,家庭因素和组织因素是造成飞行技术专业辅导员产生职业高原现象的三大因素,并提出应该从个体调试和组织调适两个方面帮助辅导员尽快渡过职业高原期,从而打造一支可持续发展的辅导员队伍。
This paper analyses the professional characteristic of instructors in flight technology under paramilitary management institution, and indicates individual factors, family factors and organisational factors are causes for career plateau phenomenon of instructors. It suggests that individual adjustment and organizational adjustment are solutions for career plateau. This finding assists in sustainable development of instructors in flight technology.
