老采空区上方建筑场地地基稳定性分析

摘要 由于煤炭资源的大力开采,使我国中西部地区形成了大规模、大范围的采空区。随着国民经济的快速发展,人口的快速增长,现有城镇满足不了人们的需求,一些工业厂房和住宅楼不得不建在老采空区上方。在建筑荷载作用下,老采空区易引起"活化",地表会再次发生不均匀沉降,建筑物将遭受地表残余变形的影响,甚至遭到严重破坏。 Doe to heavy coal mining,goafs of large-scale and wide range have frrmed in the central and western regions in our country.With the rapid development of national economy and the rapid growth of population,the existing towns can't satisfy people's needs.As a resuh,some industrial buildings and residential building have to be built above old goafs. Under the construction load,"activation" is easy to be caused in the old goafs. Thus,uneven settlements will occur again to the earth surface.The buildings will suffer the influence of the earth surface residual deformation,and even severe damages.
