齐齐哈尔市居民健康信息素养现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of Status and Influence Factors of Health Information Quality in Residents in Qiqihar City

目的了解齐齐哈尔市居民健康信息素养现状并分析影响因素,为制定健康教育干预措施提供依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,以问卷方式对对齐齐哈尔市居民健康信息素养水平进行调查。结果共发放调查问卷600份,收回有效问卷551份,有效率为91.83%。健康信息素养总分(22.03±1.80)分,满分36分。经多因素方差分析健康信息素养得分女性高于男性(F=25.31,P<0.0001),受教育程度越高得分越高(F=10.31,P<0.0001)、家庭年收入越高得分越高(F=11.52,P<0.0001),差异均有统计学意义。结论齐齐哈尔市居民健康信息素养水平不高,应提高居民整体健康信息素养水平,尤其需要关注低收入家庭以及文化程度低的人群。

Objective To know the status of health information quality of residents in Qiqihar and analyze its influence factors thus providing basis for making the health education intervention measures. Methods The health information quality level of residents in Qiqihar city was surveyed by 600 pieces of questionnaires. Results 551 pieces of effective questionnaires were recycled and the effective rate was 91.83%, and the total score of health information quality was（22.03±1.80）scores and the full mark was 36 scores,, and the multiple factor variance analysis showed that the score of health information quality in female was higher than that in male,（F=25.31, P〈0.0001）, the higher the educational degree, the higher the score,（F=10.31,P〈0.0001）,and the highr the annual household income, the higher the score,（F=11.52, P〈0.0001）, and the differences had statistcal significance. Conclusion The health information quality level of residents in Qiqihar city is not high, and we should improve the whole health information quality level of residents and especailly pay attention to the low income famliy and population with lower cultural degree.
