持续质量改进在消毒供应中心管理中的应用价值研究

Research on Application Value of Continuous Quality Improvement in the Management of Central Sterile Supply Department

目的探究消毒供应中心管理工作中应用持续质量改进的临床效果。方法选取2015年8月—2016年2月该院消毒供应中心在质量管理过程中采用持续质量改进作为管理后,选择在2014年1月—2015年7月这一期间进行的常规质量管理工作设为管理前,并对管理前与管理后物品平均送达时间、工作人员专业知识掌握率与满意度情况进行对比。结果管理前物品平均送达时间(67.0±5.7)min,管理后物品平均送达时间(43.4±4.3)min,管理后物品平均送达时间明显短于管理前(P<0.05);管理后工作人员专业知识掌握率97.06%;管理前工作人员专业知识掌握率79.42%,管理后工作人员专业知识掌握率明显比管理前高(P<0.05);管理后每个科室医务人员满意度97.32%;管理前每个科室医务人员满意度83.03%,管理后每个科室医务人员满意度明显比管理前高(P<0.05)。结论消毒供应中心管理工作中应用持续质量改进的临床效果显著,可使物品送达时间明显缩短,促使工作人员专业知识掌握率明显提高,还可以提高每个科室医务人员对本科室管理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the clinical effect of continuous quality improvement in the management of central sterile supply department. Methods The central sterile supply department in our hospital from August 2015 to February 2016 were selected, and adopted the continuous quality improvement, and the central sterile supply department in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2015 were selected and adopted the routine quality management, and the average delivery time, mastery rate of professional knowledge of staff and satisfactory degree before and after management were compared. Results The average delivery time before management was obviously shorter than that before management, [（67.0±5.7） min vs（43.4±4.3）min],（P〈0.05）, and the mastery rate of professional knowledge of staff after management was obviously higher than that before management,（97.06% vs 79.42%）,（P〈0.05）, and the satisfactory degree of medical staff in each department after management was obviously higher than that before management,（97.32% vs 83.03%）,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of continuous quality improvement in the management of central sterile supply department is obvious, which can obviously shorten the article delivery time, promote the obvious increase of mastery rate of professional knowledge of staff and also improve the satisfactory degree of medical staff in each department to the management work in the department.
