52例尿毒症血液透析滤过的疗效观察与护理分析

Curative Effect Observation and Nursing Analysis of Hemodiafiltration for 52 Cases of Patients with Uremia

目的探讨尿毒症患者在血液透析当中滤过的不同物质的清除率以及疗效。方法选取52个尿毒症患者在血液净化中心接受透视治疗,前6个月采用常规透析(HD)之后,采用血液透析滤过法(HDF),治疗前后相互对照,观察患者常规血液透析以及在透析过后可能会出现的一些常见病症。结果从52例患者的化验单中可以看出,HDF组在透析过后的所生的病症都明显地低于HD组,而其他数据没有较为明显的意义。结论 HDF对于尿毒症患者血液中存在的有害物质可以起到有效的清除作用,在酸中毒的纠正方面,紊乱保护以及减少血液并发症等方面都有着良好的表现,且与同类医疗手段相比,安全性明显提高。

Objective To study the clearance rate of different materials of hemodiafiltration for 52 cases of patients with uremia, curative effect. Methods We selected 52 uremic patients who received X-ray treatment in the blood purification center, 6 months before the conventional dialysis（HD） with hemodiafiltration（HDF）, data before and after contrast each other, observed in patients with regular hemodialysis and after dialysis may appear in some common diseases. Results The laboratory sheet showed that the incidence rate of diseases after the hemodialysis in the HDF group was obviously lower than that in the HD group, and the other data had no obvious significance. Conclusion HDF can have an effective clearance effect on the hazardous materials in blood in patients with uremia, and the disorder protection and reducing the blood complications can have a good effect on correcting the acidosis, and the safety is obviously improved compared with that of the similar medical means.
