培养具有执行力的应用型医药人才——加强危险化学品应急预案建设探索

摘要 医学院校在应用型人才的培养方面,除了加强专业技能的培养,提升医学人才全面素质教育也尤为重要,例如安全素质的加强,自身安全防护能力执行力的培养锻炼,培养医学生的环境安全第一位意识,增强社会责任感意识。让学生做好危险化学品安全预防和废弃液回收工作,例如,做一个具体的化学实验项目,除了培养学生动手能力,让学生养成全面的职业素养也很重要,进入实验室前,全面了解实验涉及的危化品,通过官网数据库做出危化品应急预案,进入实验,严格落实执行个人防护和废弃液回收。培养具有环境保护执行力的造福社会的优秀医学人才。做足危险化学品安全预防工作,这对医学生在后续学习、工作中落实和执行医生职业暴露应急措施,有重大意义。 In order to cultivate the applied talents in the medical college, we should not only enhance the cultivation of professional skill but also improve the general quality education of medical talents, such as enhancing the safety quality,cultivating their own safety protection ability executive force, cultivating the awareness of environmental safety in the first place for medical students and enhancing the awareness of enhancing the social responsibility sense and making students do a good job of hazardous chemicals safety prevention and waste liquid recycle, such as doing a specific chemistry test project, and we should not only cultivate the manipulative ability of students but also make students develop a general occupational quality, before entering into the laboratory, the students should comprehensively know the hazardous chemicals related to the test, make a contingency plan of hazardous chemicals by the official website database and strictly implement the personal protection and waste liquid recycle, and cultivate the excellent medical talents with environmental protection executive force, and doing a good safety prevention job in hazardous chemicals is of important significance to the continuous study of medical students and implementation of doctor occupational exposure emergency measures in work.
