健康管理对冠状动脉旁路移植患者的生活质量影响分析

Analysis of Effect of Health Management on the Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Bypass Grafting

目的研究分析健康管理对冠状动脉旁路移植患者的生活质量影响。方法抽取到院就诊治疗时间为2013年9月—2016年5月,76例冠状动脉旁路移患者纳入研究,征得患者和其家属同意后,随机将76例患者分为对照组和研究组,各组病例数均为38例,两组患者均按照常规方式实施护理管理,在该基础上研究组患者予以健康管理,对比两组患者护理管理前后生活质量、抑郁评分、焦虑评分以及管理后并发症的发生率。结果和护理管理前比较,两组患者护理管理后生活质量各指标评分、抑郁评分、焦虑评分均得到改善,且组间比较,研究组患者护理管理后各指标改善情况均比对照组优,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;护理管理后研究组并发症发生率明显要比对照组少,组间差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对冠状动脉旁路移植患者施予全面且具针对性的健康管理,可强化患者治疗护理依从性,有效改善患者抑郁焦虑情况和生活质量,价值高,推荐应用。

Objective To research and analyze the effect of health management on the quality of life of patients with coronary bypass grafting. Methods 76 cases of patients with coronary bypass grafting were extracted for research from September 2013 to May 2016, and randomly divided into two groups with 38 cases in each with the consent of patients and their family, both group adopted the routine nursing management, the research group adopted the health management on the basis of the control group, and the quality of life, depression score, anxiety score before and after the nursing management and incidence rate of complications after management were compared between the two groups. Results Various index scores of quality of life, depression score and anxiety score of the two groups after nursing management were obviously improved compared with those before nursing management, and the improvement of various indexes after nursing management in the research group was better than those in the control group, and the differences were obvious with statistical significance, P〈0.05, and the incidence rate of complications in the research group after nursing management was fewer than that in the control group, and the difference was obvious between groups, P〈0.05. Conclusion The implementation of general and targeted health management for patients with coronary bypass grafting can enhance the treatment nursing compliance of patients, effectively improve the anxiety and depression and quality of life of patients, and the value is high, which is worth promotion.
