摘要
人才是推动医院发展的重要保障,是提高医院医疗技术水平及服务能力的主力军。只有拥有大批高素质人才,才能为医院带来良好的社会和经济效益,提高医院的综合竞争力。文章分别从现有人才的培养及按需引进、科学管理和使用人才进行了认真的阐述,为医院引进人才、培养人才提供了参考。
