摘要
目的对护理管理中护士分层级管理模式的临床应用效果进行分析,以提高临床护理管理的质量。方法选取76名2015年3月—2016年3月在该院工作的护士,随机分为研究组对照组,研究组采用护士分层级管理模式实施护理管理,对照组采用常规的管理模式,观察比较两种护理管理模式的应用效果。结果与对照组比较,研究组的基础护理、整体护理、差错管理等各项护理质量评分均明显较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组的总护理满意度为94.74%,对照组的总护理满意度为73.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护士分层级管理模式应用于临床护理管理,能够有效提高护士的临床护理质量,有助于减少医患纠纷,提高护理满意度,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the application effect of nurse grading management model in the nursing management in order to improve the clinical nursing management quality. Methods 76 cases of nurses in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the routine management model,while the research group adopted the nurse grading management model, and the application effect of the two nursing management models was observed. Results Various nursing quality scores of basic nursing, holistic nursing and error management in the research group were obviously higher than those in the control group, and the differences between groups were obvious, P〈0.05, and the difference in the total nursing satisfactory degree between the research group and the control group had statistical significance,(94.74% vs 73.68%), P〈0.05. Conclusion The application of nurse grading management model in the clinical nursing management can effectively improve the clinical nursing quality of nurses, help to reduce the doctorpatient disputes and improve the nursing satisfactory degree, which is worth promotion.
