新建地方本科院校工商管理类校企合作认知差异调查分析——以湖南人文科技学院为例

A Study on Students' Understanding of University-Enterprise Cooperation for Business Administration Majors in Newly-Established Local Colleges and Universities,Taking HUHST as an Example

摘要 经济步入新常态对大学生就业产生较大压力,而校企合作方式有利于提升学生就业竞争力。以湖南人文科技学院为例,采用问卷调查方法对同组对象分阶段进行为期半年的跟踪调查,探讨大学生对校企合作方式的接受感和效用感。研究结果显示:校企合作实施能够促进学生清晰自己的特长以及擅长的领域,提高学生对就业能力、就业期待、校企合作方式、校企合作类型的认知水平,提升学生的就业能力,拓宽就业途径。 Although China' s economic new normal has caused much employment pressure on university students, cooperation between universities and enterprises proves helpful as it improves students' competitiveness in the job market. The authors of this paper have studied students' acceptance of university-enterprise cooperation and its effects based on a six-month questionnaire survey of the same group of students from Hunan University of Humanities, Science, and Technology (HUHST). According to the survey, cooperation between universities and enterprises can help students better understand their specialty advantages; employment ability and expectation; the field they are skilled in; ways and types of university-enterprise cooperation. It can also improve their competitiveness and expand their options in the job market.
