地方高校大学生D型人格及其与自尊的关系探析——以湖南科技学院为例

An Analysis of Local University and College Students' Type-D Personality and Its Relationship With Self-esteem

采用D型人格问卷对湖南科技学院800名在校大学生进行调查,结果表明:D型人格检出率为33.9%;D型人格的分布在性别、父母婚姻关系、家庭收入等方面有显著差异;D型人格与自尊存在显著负相关,D型人格组自尊得分显著低于非D型人格组。地方高校应重视对D型人格大学生的教育干预训练,应关注D型人格中的重点人群,把自尊感的培养作为干预D型人格的重点。

A Type-D-personality questionnaire was used to survey 800 students from Hunan University of Humanities,Science and Technology.The survey shows that 1) 33.9%students have Type-D personality,2) the distribution of the students' Type-D personality is very different in terms of their gender,parents' marriage,and family income,3) Type-D personality is negatively correlated to self-esteem,and the score of the Type-D group is much lower than that of the non-Type-D group.Therefore,local universities and colleges should provide interventions and training programs for students with Type-D personality,pay more attention to the high-risk Type-D group,and make it a priority to help students cultivate self-esteem.
