单纯性肥胖对青春期前男童性发育的影响

Simple Obesity's Effect on Sexual Development of Adolescent Boys

目的探讨单纯性肥胖对青春期前男童性发育的影响。方法收集青春发育前期单纯性肥胖男童61例,纳入病例组,另选同期健康青春发育前期男童30例作为对照组,分别检测两组男童血清T、E2、LH、PRL浓度,及测量男童睾丸体积。结果病例组男童血清T、LH含量及单侧睾丸体积较对照组明显降低(P<0.05),E2、PRL含量较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),随着肥胖程度的增加,男童的T、LH水平及单侧睾丸体积逐渐降低,E2、PRL水平逐渐升高(P<0.05),单纯性肥胖男童BMI与其血清T浓度呈负的相关性,与其血清E2浓度呈正相关性。结论肥胖对青春期前男童的性发育具有较明显影响,这种影响表现在男性激素水平降低,睾丸发育延迟等。为此,对肥胖男童,应限制饮食,加强锻炼,维持健康体质。

Objective To investigate simple obesity＇s effect on sexual development of adolescent boys. Methods 61 simple obesity＇ s adolescent boys were collected, who were includedpatients group, during the same period, 30 healthy prepubertal boys were set as control group, the serum T, E2, LH, PRL level were detected and boys＇ stesticular volume were measured. Results The T, LH level and the testicular volumein thepatients group were significantly lower than those in the control group（P 〈 0. 05 ）, the E2 and PRL were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.05 ） ,with the increase of the degree of obesity ,theT, LH level and testicular volume of boys decreased, the E2 and PRL levels increased gradually （P 〈 0.05 ）, the BMI of simple obesity adolescent boys was negatively correlatedand ser- um T level,andwas positively correlatedwith serum E2 concentration. Conclusions Obesity has a significant impact on the sexual development of the adolescent boys. This effect is shown that the level of the male hormone decrease and the testicular development delays. Therefore, to fat boy, dietshould be restricted, exerciseshould bestrengthened,in order to maintainhealthconstitution.
