咽喉部癌患者术后鼻饲饮食的护理体会

Nursing of Nasal Feeding in Patients with Throat Cancer

目的咽喉部癌患者术后鼻饲饮食的护理体会。方法选取2013年8月~2016年8月治疗的94例咽喉部癌术后患者临床资料为研究对象,均给予针对性的鼻饲饮食护理,总结临床护理体会。结果术后94例患者中90例I期愈合,愈合率为95.74%,4例患者延迟愈合,给予针对性治疗和护理后完全愈合;术后第3 d患者各营养指标明显低于术前,术后第14 d患者各营养指标均明显高于术后第3 d、术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论咽喉部癌患者术后积极给予的鼻饲饮食护理,可有效预防并发症的发生,促进患者的快速愈合,值得临床重视和关注。

Objective Talk about throat cancer patients of postoperative nasal feeding diet nursing experi- ence. Methods August 2013 to August 2016 in our hospital during the period of treatment of 94 cases of postoperative patients with throat cancer clinical data as the research object, were given targeted nasogastric diet care, summarizes the clinical nursing experience. Results 94 cases of postoperative patients in 90 cases of stage I healed, the healing rate was 95.74%, 4 cases of patients with delayed union, gives targeted completely healed after treatment and care; With 3 d after the nutrition index significantly lower than the preoperative and postoperative patients with 14 d the nutritional in- dex were significantly higher than 3 d, preoperative and postoperative difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . Conclusions Patients with throat cancer actively give nasogastric diet nursing, which can effectively prevent the hap- pening of the complications, and promote the rapid healing of the patients, the clinical attention and concern.
