无缝隙护理管理在连续性血液净化患者中的应用

Nursing Effect of Seamless Nursing Management for Patients with Continuous Blood Purification

目的分析无缝隙护理管理在连续性血液净化患者中的应用方法及成效,旨在改进护理质量。方法于2015年1月~2015年12月在连续性血液净化患者中开展无缝隙护理管理,构建无缝隙护理管理队伍,对流程进行规范,调查50名护理人员以及患者的满意度、服务期间不良事件的发生率,并将调查结果与未实施无缝隙护理管理之前进行对比。结果实施无缝隙护理管理之后,护理人员的满意得分明显提高,对比实施前差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施无缝隙护理管理之后为患者服务过程中的不良事件发生率明显下降,对比前后差异结果同样具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理在连续性血液净化患者中能够提高护理人员满意度以及患者满意度。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of seamless nursing management for patients with continuous blood purification,aimed at improving the quality of nursing. Methods During the period from January 2015 to Decem- ber 2015, Qingyang Hospital of Liaoyang Central Hospital were carried out seamless nursing management for patients with continuous blood purification, and constructed up seamless nursing management team, the standardized management of nursing process was carried out. Satisfaction of 50 nurses and 500patients and the incidence of adverse events during the service period was surveied, the survey results were compared with that prior to the implementation of seamless nursing management. Results after the implementation of seamless nursing management, nursing staff satisfaction scores were significantly improved, compared with prior to the implementation, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the incidence of adverse events was significantly decreased after the implementation of seamless nursing management for patients, the difference was statistically significant before and after the implementation （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions seam- less nursing management for patients with continuous blood purification can improve the satisfaction of nursing staff and patients, it is recommended the implementation in nursing management.
