基于快速康复外科理念的围手术期护理措施在腹股沟斜疝修补术中的应用

Perioperative Nursing Measures Based on the Concept of Fast Track Surgery for Patients with Inguinal Hernia Repair

目的分析基于快速康复外科(Fast Track Surgery,FTS)理念的围手术期护理措施在腹股沟斜疝修补术中的临床效果。方法研究对象选取2014年8月~2015年7月收治的52例腹股沟斜疝修补术患者,采取电脑随机的方式分为FTS组与对照组和26例。对照组患者予以常规护理干预,FTS组患者采取在护理中应用快速康复护理。对两组患者的临床指标进行观察对比。结果 FTS组患者的术后肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间指标均短于对照组,对比两组差异结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05);FTS组患者术后2 h、术后8 h和术后12 h的视觉疼痛评分明显低于对照组对比差异结果显著(P<0.05);FTS组患者的护理满意度也高于对照组,对比组间差异结果具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于FTS理念的围手术期护理措施在腹股沟斜疝修补术中具有很高的应用价值,能够显著缩短各项恢复指标、降低患者疼痛、提高满意度。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of perioperative nursing measures＇based on the concept of Fast Track Surgery（FTS） for patients with inguinal hernia repair. Methods A total of 52 cases with inguinal hernia repair between August 2014 to July 2015 were randomized into FTS group （n = 26） and control group （n = 26）. Patients in the FTS group received nursing optimized by the idea of FTS during the perioperative period, while those in the control group received traditional routine nursing intervention, the clinical indexes of the two groups were observed and compared. Re- sults In the FFS group,postoperative bowel sounds recovery time, anal exhaust time, hospitalization time were shorter than the control group, the difference between the two groups has statistical significance （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Postoperative visu- al analogue scale （VAS） scores of the FTS group after 2 h, 8 h and 12 h was significantly lower than that of the control group, the differences were significantly （ P 〈0. 05 ） ; the satisfaction degree of patients in the FTS group is higher than that of the control group, the differences were significantly too （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Perioperative nursing meas- ures based on concept of FTS for inguinal hernia repair has very high application value, can significantly shorten the re- covery indicators, reduce the pain of patients, improve patient＇ s satisfaction.
