摘要
以拜耳法粗液精制系统滤饼常规流程走向的不利因素为切入点,综合考虑精滤滤饼物相构成、溶出性能及现有流程特点,通过研究压滤技术在高温高碱环境中的应用可能性及其产业化,实现精滤滤饼的综合收入再利用。最终达到优化拜耳法沉降性能,提高精滤通过能力的同时降低拜耳法整体运行成本。
As there are disadvantages in conventional process of filter cake from pregnant liquor refining system in Bayer process, the possibility and indus- trialization of commercial application of pressure filtration technology in high temperature and high alkali environment are studied to realize the filter cake comprehensively reuse by considering the phase composition of filter cakes, dissolution performance and the existing process characteristics, and the set- tling performance of Bayer process is optimized, the refining filter capacity is improved while reducing the overall operating cost of Bayer process finally.
