摘要
将工业纯铝杆在铝合金组合拉机上拉拔成不同规格的铝及铝合金丝,分析了铝丝的显微组织、抗拉强度和电阻率随直径的变化规律。找出了工业纯铝丝直径、抗拉强度和电阻率之间变化规律。试验结果发现,在拉拔过程中每道次直径减少0.714 mm时,工业纯铝杆的抗拉强度增加13MPa,电阻率每道次增加0.053 nΩ·m。
The pure aluminum rods were drawn into wires with different diameters by a drawing machine, the variation of the microstructure, tensile strength and resistivity of the wires with the diameter was analyzed and the relationship among the diameter, tensile strength and resistivity was found. When the diameter decreases by 0. 714mm for every drawing pass, the tensile strength and resistivity increases by 13MPa and 0. 053nΩ· m for the pure aluminum wires respectively.
