摘要
在海绵钛还原反应过程中排放氯化镁方法通常有两种:一种是上部排放方式,即从还原反应器的上部排放;另一种是下部排放方式,即从还原反应器的下部排放,两种方法各有优缺点。本文提到的这种真空排放氯化镁的方法,可把下部排放不停止加料的优点融入到上部排放方法中,不但能减轻对环境的污染,还能提高还原炉的利用率,同时可降低氯化镁的损耗。是对国内海绵钛生产的一项重大改进。
There are usually two kinds of methods for the discharge of magnesium chloride in the sponge titanium reduction reaction. One is discharge from the upper part of the reduction reactor, the other is the discharge from the lower part of the reduction reactor, the two methods each have their advantages and disadvantages. In this paper, the vacuum discharge of magnesium chloride is introduced, which is the discharge from the upper and continues feeding at the same time. This method not only can reduce the pollution to the environment, but also improve utilization rate of redaction furnace and reduce the loss of magnesium chloride, which is a significant improvement of domestic titanium sponge production.
