吡非尼酮致皮肤光敏反应的文献分析

Literature analysis of pirfenidonein induced photosensitivity

目的:研究治疗肺间质纤维化新药吡非尼酮导致皮肤光敏反应这一特殊不良反应的一般规律,为临床安全合理用药提供参考依据。方法:采用文献回顾性研究的方法,对吡非尼酮导致光敏反应患者的临床资料进行统计分析。结果:吡非尼酮导致患者光敏反应是一种光毒性反应,不良反应发生可能与生活方式、用药剂量有关,出现光敏反应建议暂停药物治疗,对症处理。结论:临床应用吡非尼酮应加强预防与用药监测,以避免和减少光敏反应的发生。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the photosensitivity induced by pirfenidone and provide a reference for rational drug use.METHODS Medical records of the photosensitivity induced by pirfenidone were summarized and analyzed.RESULTSThe photosensitivity induced by pirfenidone was a phototoxic reaction,and was related with lifestyle and dose.It was ecommended immediate withdrawal and symptomatic treatment when photosensitivity occurred.CONCLUSION Drug monitoring and prevention should be enhanced for clinical application of pirfenidone,to avoid and reduce the occurrence of photosensitivity.
