胸水腺苷脱氨酶检测联合PPD皮试与内科胸腔镜检查在结核性胸膜炎诊断中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨胸腔镜检查与胸水腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)联合结核菌素试验(PPD)皮试在结核性胸膜炎诊断中的应用价值。方法选取156例于2013年12月至2016年6月期间本院接收的胸腔积液患者,均行胸腔镜检查及ADA、PPD皮试,观察诊断结果。结果胸水ADA、PPD皮试联合内科胸腔镜诊断敏感性最高,其次为内科胸腔镜,均显著高于ADA联合PPD皮试敏感性(均P〈0.05)。结论内科胸腔镜联合胸水ADA、PPD皮试诊断结核性胸膜炎的敏感性要高,但检测成本高,胸水ADA联合PPD检测成本低,且检查简便、快速,因此可根据具体情况选择检查方式。
