手术室患者紧张度缓解中实施巡回无缝隙护理模式的可行性

Feasibility of implementing non-break nursing mode in relieving patient＇s anxiety at operation room

目的分析在手术室患者紧张度缓解中实施巡回无缝隙护理模式的效果。方法选取2015年8月至2016年5月于本院进行手术治疗的100例患者，采用随机数法分为实验组与对照组，各50例。对照组患者常规护理，实验组患者给予巡回无缝隙护理模式进行干预，采用问卷调查的形式对两组患者SAS评分及SDS评分进行统计并比较，记录患者进入手术室后血压、心率并与基础值比较。结果进入手术室前，两组患者血压和心率差异无统计学意义；进入手术室后，对照组患者血压、心率波动幅度明显大于实验组。护理干预前，两组患者SAS评分、SDS评分差异无统计学意义；进行护理干预后．两组患者评分均出现降低，实验组SAS评分、SDS评分下降趋势幅度显著高于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论采用巡回无缝隙护理模式对手术室患者进行护理干预，有效缓解了患者的紧张情绪，提高了患者依从性，为手术的开展提供了有力条件，促进了患者康复。

Objective To analyze the effect of implementing non-break nursing mode in relieving patient＇s anxiety at operation room. Methods 100 patients surgically treated at our hospital from August, 2015 to May, 2016 were selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group using random number method, 50 for each group. The control group were routinely cared and the experimental group were intervened with non-break nursing mode. The scores of SAS and SDS were statistically analyzed and compared between these two groups. The patients＇ blood pressure and heart rate were recorded after getting into the operation room and compared with the underlying values. Results Before entering the operation room, there were no statistical differences in the blood pressure and heart rate between these two groups. After entering the operation room, the fluctuations of blood pressure and heart rate were significantly greater in the control group than in the experimental group. Before the nursing intervention, there were no statistical differences in the scores of SAS and SDS be tween these two groups. After the nursing intervention, the scores of SAS and SDS decreased more in the experimental group than in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Implementing non-break nursing mode in relieving patient＇s anxiety at operation room is effective and can increase the patients＇ compliance, provide favorable conditions for operation, and promote the patients＇ rehabilitation.
