中医情志护理干预对脂溢性皮炎患者治疗作用的影响分析

Influence of emotion nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine on treatment effect of patients with seborrheic dermatitis

目的探讨中医情志护理干预对治疗脂溢性皮炎患者的疗效影响。方法将80例脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为干预组和对照组，各40例。对照组采用常规护理方法，干预组在常规护理的基础上，采用根据中医辨证施护理论制定的情志护理措施。2个月后比较两组疗效及治疗依从性。结果干预组患者治疗的依从性95．0％，对照组62．5％；干预组治疗有效率87．5％，对照组52．5％；两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论对脂溢性皮炎患者进行中医情志调节护理，有助于改善患者情绪，消除焦虑心理，提高治疗依从性，有利于疾病的治愈。

Objective To investigate the influence of emotion nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment effect of patients with seborrheic dermatitis. Methods Eighty patients with seborrheic dermatitis were equally randomized into an intervention group and a control group. The control group were routinely cared; in addition, the intervention group were given emotion nursing care of tradition Chinese medicine according to dialectical nursing theory. 2 months after nursing care, the treatment effect and compliance were compared between these two groups. Results The treatment compliance and the effective rate were 95.0% and 87.5% in the intervention group and were 62.5% and 52.5% in the control group, with statistical differences （all P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions Emotion nursing care of traditional Chinese medicine for patients with seborrheic dermatitis can improve the patients＇ emotion, eliminate their anxiety, and increase their treatment compliance and is beneficial to cure the disease.
