Regulation Project of the Yangtze Estuary Navigation and the Construction of Container Terminal at Shanghai Port

为满足迅速增长的国际集装箱运输任务的需要，为实现把上海建设成国际航运中心的战略目标，上海正在实施长江口深水航道治理工程，并抓紧在长江口南岸建设新的集装箱码头。本文就整体治理规划。

The regulation project of the Yangtze estuary navigation and the construction of the new container terminal in the south shore of the Yangtze estuary are in progress for meeting the international container transportation which is rapid increase and achieving the strategic objective of international navigation centre of shanghai. This paper gives the whole regulation plan, the project survey about the regulation of navigation channel, layout and the prospects of container terminal construction.
