摘要
质量控制是监理工程师的主要工作内容之一。文中论述了监理工程师在质量控制中的责任和任务及其所应遵循的原则。
Quality control is one of the important works of supervising engineers. The responsibility and task, the rules that supervising engineers should obey are discussed. Meanwhile an effective method for quality control are introduced in this paper.
