对FPC可弯折型化学厚镍/金工艺进行了研究,得出的结论是用该工艺制作的FPCB具有良好延展性和耐弯折性能,适合于医疗电子产品和可穿戴电子产品的要求。

This paper carried on research about flexional and foldable electroless immersive nickel gold technology on cupreous surface of FPC. it got the conclusion that FPC has excellent elongation and flexional functions with this technology and is suitable for requirements of medical electronics and wearable electronics .
