共青团组织自建立之初就承担着为中国共产党培养合格建设者和接班人的历史使命,在中国共产党领导全国人民建设中国特色社会主义的历史进程中扮演重要角色,始终顺应时代发展趋势是其取得成功的关键。在当今全球一体化、信息技术发达、社会思潮多元的大背景下,共青团组织面临着多重挑战,全面改革成为共青团组织发展的必然选择。本文使用开放系统组织理论,分析组织与环境的联系机制,建立"组织-环境"系统分析框架,通过共青团组织发展历史的组织理论分析,结合当前面临的新形势,探索科学的组织理论在共青团组织发展中的应用,为共青团组织的改革提供建议。

Since the beginning of the Communist Youth League organization, the Communist Youth League has assumed the historical mission of cultivating qualified builders and successors for the Communist Party of China.
