摘要
多种因素共同作用引起2型糖尿病的步态和平衡能力异常,增加了足部溃疡、跌倒以及死亡等高风险。随着技术不断进步,检测步态和平衡性的新型工具应运而生。早期诊断上述生物力学参数,并探寻新的防治措施对患者远期预后至关重要。本文就2型糖尿病的步态特征和平衡能力进展进行综述。
Gait and balance dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes（T2DM） caused by a result of multiple factors increase high risk of foot ulcer,fall and death. As science and technology progressed,a variety of novel detective tools emerged for gait and balance parameters monitoring. Early diagnosis of above biomechanical parameters, as well as further tailored prevention and treatment with new measures are essential for long-term prognosis of T2DM. This article reviews the role of gait characteristics and balance ability in T2DM.
