摘要
在高职院校中外合作办学项目的建设过程中,以利益相关者、学习型组织、PDCA循环和品牌建设四种理论为理论基础,通过塑造师生共同愿景、注重"以生为本"的理念、引进国外优质教育资源以及采取科学的评价手段,来实现高职院校中外合作办学项目建设的内部质量保证,从而在高职教育国际化的道路上,树立中外合作办学项目的美好形象,培养出更多可以接受国际挑战的、具备国际视野的、适应国际市场的高端人才,为我国教育发展战略目标的实现贡献一份力量。
In the process of Sino-foreign cooperation in school running project construction, based on stakeholder theory, learning organization theory, PDCA cycle theory and brand construction theory, through shaping shared vision of teachers and students, valuing the student-centered concept, introducing high-quality educational resources from abroad and adopting scientific evaluation means, it realizes the internal quality guarantee, establishes the good image of Sino-foreign cooperative school running, cultivates more high-end talents accepting international challenges, owning international perspectives and suitable for international market, and contributes to the achievement of Chinese educational development strategic goals.
