伴随着国家公布第三批自由贸易试验区,相关省份将加快市场取向的体制机制改革,自贸区对外语应用型人才的需求也将随之增大。高职院校要注重能力本位、就业导向,拟培养人才类型与自贸区需求相符。以辽宁装备制造职业技术学院为例,教研团队把握自贸区兴建契机,解析本地区高职外语教学现状,明确就业导向的高职外语人才培养方向,为自贸区内高效跨文化交际提供技术技能助力。

Along with the announcement of the third batch of free trade test areas （FTA） in China, the flee trade area in relevant provinces will increase the demand for foreign language applied talents. Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to ability standard, employment guidance, and cultivate talents in accordance with the demand of FTA. The teaching and research team in Liaoning Equipment Manufacture College grasps the chance of cons（racting flee trade area, analyzes the status quo of local higher vocational foreign language teaching, determines employment-orientated cultivation direction of higher vocational foreign language talents, and provides technology and skills for effective intercultural communication in the flee trade test area.
