校企合作、工学结合深度耦合的研究与实践——以台州职业技术学院“虚拟订单班”模式为例

Research and Practice on Deep-coupling of College-Enterprise Cooperation and Work-integrated Learning

校企合作办学是提升高职教学质量、强化服务区域经济能力的重要途径。以系统视角,将学校和企业间的职业联系和相互关联抽象为学校与企业、专业与产业、职业教育与区域经济耦合的三层结构,构建了高职校企合作办学耦合度模型,研究合作办学的耦合机理和影响因素,进而提出了促进校企耦合应注意的几个问题。

Higher vocational college-enterprise cooperation is an important way to enhance the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges and strengthen the ability to serve the regional economy. This paper, from the perspective of system, abstracts the professional connection of colleges and enterprises into the three-layer structure of school and enterprise, profession and industry, vocational education and regional economy, constructs the coupling model of college-enterprise cooperative school running, studies coupling mechanism and influencing factors, and further proposes several problerns to be paid attention to.
