清热利湿通淋汤联合头孢噻利治疗急性泌尿系感染的效果

Effects of Qingre Lishi Tonglin Decoction combined with cefoselis in treatment of acute urinary tract infection

目的探讨清热利湿通淋汤联合头孢噻利治疗急性泌尿系感染的效果。方法将48例急性泌尿系统感染患者分为对照组(24例)和观察组(24例),均辨证为湿热下注型,对照组给予头孢噻利静脉滴注治疗;观察组在对照组基础上,加用清热利湿通淋汤治疗,两组均持续治疗5 d。治疗结束后,评估两组疗效,并比较两组细菌培养阳性率、细菌清除率、症状改善时间、尿白细胞数和细菌数。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.83%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);两组细菌培养阳性率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组治疗后细菌清除率为100%,高于对照组的71.43%(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组体温恢复正常时间、尿路刺激征消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05),尿白细胞数、细菌数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清热利湿通淋汤联合头孢噻利治疗急性泌尿系感染,可有效改善患者临床症状,缩短治疗时间,疗效确切。

Objective To explore the effects of Qingre Lishi Tonglin Decoction combined with cefoselis in the treatment of acute urinary tract infection. Methods total of 48 patients with acute urinary tract infection were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group （n=24, respectively）. The two groups were discriminated as damp invasion of lower energizer. The control group was treated with cefoselis by intravenous drip, while the observation group was further treated with Qingre Lishi Tonglin Decoction. The two groups were treated for five days. After the treatment, the effects in the two groups were evaluated, and the positive rate of bacterial culture, bacterial clearance rate, symptom improvement time, the number of white blood cell and bacterial count between the two groups were compared.Results The ORR in the observation group was 95.83%, which was higher than the that in the control group （75.0%; P 〈 0.05）; there was no difference in the positive rate of bacterial culture between the two groups （P 〉 0.05）; the post-treatment bacterial clearance rate in the observation group was 100%, which was higher than that in the control group （71.43%; P 〈 0.05）. After the treatment, the time to return to normal temperature and urinary irritation extinction time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）, and the number of white blood cell and bacterial count were lower than those in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of acute urinary tract infection with Qingre Lishi Tonglin Decoction combined with cefoselis can effectively improve patients＇ clinical symptom, shorten the treatment time and has clear effects.
