基于长吉图先导区合作潜力的合作模式研究

Cooperation Model Study of Chang-Ji-Tu Pilot Zone Based on the Cooperation Potential

阐述了长吉图开发开放先导区的地理位置、自然资源、经济基础等环境基础以及外界条件,分析了该先导区的产业特征,根据长春市、吉林市、延边朝鲜族自治州的地方统计年鉴中三次产业产值数据,运用公式模型测算分析了该先导区的产业结构相似度、专门化产业相似度、区域产业合作潜力测度,指出这3个地区的产业极为相似,除了在农林牧渔、教育等方面差异较大之外,其他产业差异很小,提出通过确定区域主导产业模式、加强区域科技合作模式、建立区域调节机制模式3个方面建立更加合理的长吉图产业间分工与合作模式,促进长吉图开发开放先导区更好更快发展。

The paper elaborates the basic conditions of Chang-Ji-Tu Pilot Zone, including the environmental conditions like geographic location, natural resources, economics base, and the external conditions. Then the industrial characteristics of the pilot area are analyzed. Based on industrial output data of Changchun, Jilin and Yanbian, it analyses the similarity degree of industrial structure, the similarity degree of specialized industry and the cooperative potential measure of the pilot area, points out the industry in three areas is very similar, except for differences in agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, fishery and e- ducation. In order to promote the development of Chang-Ji-Tu Pilot Zone better and faster, it puts forward industrial division and cooperation model from three aspects, including determining regional leading industry, strengthening regional science and technology cooperation and establishing regional adjustment mechanism
