摘要
为解决截断塞门阀体、阀芯锥体部分的配合精度和表面质量问题,通过对产品结构特点和使用性能进行分析,提出了在车床主轴和进给箱之间加装轴箱体,利用万向联轴器使轴箱体与主轴之间的传动链产生与被加工零件锥体相同的角度,以实现机动进给加工的工艺方案,并对该装置的设计、加工、调试等技术问题进行了计算和论证,实际应用中取得了良好的效果。
In order to solve the problems of precision and surface quality of cut out cock valve and valve cone part, the pa- per analyses the product structure characteristic and performance, puts forward adding axle box body between lathe spindle and feed box, and using the universal coupling to make the transmission chain between the axle box body and the principal axis generate the same angle with the machined part. Then the technical problems like design, processing and debugging are calculated and demonstrated, and the practical application has achieved good results
